TERMS OF SERVICE

1. License Grant

When you purchase digital files from Pickle and Peach SVG Laser Files, you are purchasing a license to use the designs, not the designs themselves. All designs remain the copyrighted property of Denise Ortakales.

Your purchase includes a personal and commercial license with the following permissions:

You MAY:

  • Use the files to create physical products for personal use
  • Use the files to create physical products to sell, provided you are a small maker creating items in-house (home-based businesses, small craft businesses, mom and pop shops)
  • Share the files with employees or family members who assist with your small business, solely for the purpose of creating products for your business
  • Use the files at multiple business locations, provided all locations are owned by the purchaser
  • Use promotional photos included in your download package to market products you create from our designs

You MAY NOT:

  • Send files to manufacturers or production facilities for mass production
  • Use files if you are a large company, wholesaler, or retailer
  • Redistribute, resell, share, or trade the digital files in any way, either individually or as part of a bundle
  • Alter or modify the files and resell them as your own designs
  • Use the designs to create digital products for sale (including but not limited to: printables, embroidery files, clipart, digital downloads, or any other digital goods)
  • Use the designs on print-on-demand (POD) platforms or websites
  • Use the designs as logos or trademarks for your business
  • Use the designs for teaching classes or workshops without obtaining a special class license (please contact us for class licensing options)
  • Use any product photos, mockups, or images from our listings (except for the promotional photo(s) specifically included in your download)

2. File Delivery

Digital files will be delivered electronically after purchase is complete. You are responsible for downloading your files promptly and storing them securely.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Understanding how to operate your cutting, engraving, or laser equipment
  • Knowing which file formats are compatible with your equipment and software
  • Ensuring you download the correct file type for your needs before purchasing

We provide file format information in our product listings. If you have questions about compatibility before purchasing, please contact us.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All designs, files, and images are protected by copyright law and are the exclusive property of Denise Ortakales. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our files is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Technical Support

We provide support for downloading files and will replace corrupted files. We do not provide technical support for operating your equipment or software.

7. Violation of Terms

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your license and legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
